Some boat trips work for everyone. The Big Boss is designed specifically for adults — guests must be 16 or over to board — and that single distinction changes the entire atmosphere. No soft play areas, no children's entertainment, no compromises on the music. Just a full day on the water for people who want exactly that.

The Big Boss runs a seven-hour route along the Marmaris coastline, covering some of the most scenic stretches of the Aegean. The itinerary includes Green Sea bay for the first swim, a stop at the Phosphorus Cave where the light plays off the rock walls and the water changes colour completely, Aquarium Bay for a longer swim in transparent water, and a final hour ashore at Turunç village. The route is well paced — enough time at each stop to actually settle in rather than rush through.
The boat has multiple decks with sun loungers on top and shaded seating below. A DJ keeps the music going throughout the day, building gradually as the afternoon progresses. The crew are attentive and the atmosphere leans party without tipping into chaos — it's lively enough to be fun, organised enough to feel well run.
Lunch is served on board — grilled chicken, salad, pasta — and the all-inclusive drinks package covers beer, wine, vodka and soft drinks throughout the day. Imported spirits are available at an extra charge.
The Big Boss draws a crowd that includes couples, friend groups, hen and stag parties, and solo travellers looking to meet people. The adults-only policy keeps the energy consistent from morning to the return to harbour. Hotel pick-up is included from Marmaris, Içmeler, Armutalan and Siteler.

Our agency uses comfortable, air-conditioned minibuses and minivans to transfer guests from hotels to the port of Marmaris. At the time indicated on your voucher, one of our friendly drivers will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the ship.

Your journey begins right in the heart of Marmaris, where you'll soak up a breathtaking view of the fortress, the marina, and the city centre. This is your chance to capture Marmaris in all its glory with some truly stunning photos!
- Paradise Island
Your first stop is the fantastic Paradise Island, right opposite the Marmaris seafront. Get ready to swim in the sparkling, crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea! Then jump off the boat and take some amazing photos!
- Phosphorus Cave
Next on our adventure is the incredible Phosphorus Cave! It's unique because, even in the dark, the phosphorus illuminates the cave with a magical greenish-blue glow, giving the water a stunning hue.
- Lunch at Aquarium Bay
We're going to have lunch at one of the most beautiful coves you could imagine! It's called Aquarium Bay, and it's got transparent water because of the amazing depth of 20 metres. You can see the sea bottom and watch fish swimming! We'll have lunch first, and then you'll have another 30 minutes for swimming.
- Kumlubuk Beach
After lunch, we'll be setting off again! Our next stop is the stunning Kumlyubuk beach, where you can enjoy swimming in warm waters and sunbathing on a pebble beach. It's a great spot for relaxation, and it's also known as Dutch Beach!
- Turunc Village
Next up is the shopping stop! The village of Turunc is famous for its incredible market, open on Mondays, and hundreds of amazing souvenir shops on other days. You can take a leisurely stroll along the picturesque streets of the resort or relax on the beach.
- Green Sea
We'll be ending our swimming adventure at the stunning Green Sea Bay, named for its gorgeous emerald hue. Then, our ship will head to the port of Marmaris. After dancing and fun, you'll be back at the starting point of the tour. We'll have mini-buses waiting to take you back to your hotels in Marmaris and Icmeler in just 15 minutes!

3Good trip overall but I want to be honest. The all-inclusive package covers local spirits and beer which is fine for the price, but if you want imported drinks you pay extra. The bays are genuinely beautiful and the Phosphorus Cave was a real highlight. The DJ was good but quite loud throughout — if you want something relaxed this might not be for you.
