There are two ways to book a tour on the website. Firstly by filling in the order form and secondly by contacting the tour operator or our operator on WhatsApp.
90% of the excursions on our website can be booked without prepayment. Excursions are paid in cash to the guide or tour operator on the day of the excursion.
Excursions that include hotel accommodation, flights, ferry tickets or hot air balloon rides must be paid for in full. Payment for such excursions will be made after the tour operator has verified the accuracy of your details and the availability of seats. A letter will be sent to your email address with a link to prepay for the excursion.
Once you've ordered an excursion or made a payment (if that's needed), you'll get a letter and an e-ticket (voucher) in your inbox. This will show your contact details, payment status and the organiser's phone number.
If you can't find your bus or guide and they're more than 15 minutes late, please contact the tour organiser using WhatsApp. You'll find the organiser's number on your voucher.
If the tour doesn't take place because of the tour organiser's fault, we'll ask you to change the date or give you a full refund (if you paid in advance).
Once a tour has taken place and the payment has been received in full, you will have the option to leave a review on our website. Please note that we reserve the right not to publish reviews that:
We endeavour to ensure that reviews contain useful information for future travellers, and as such, we may remove some of them, for example:
Reviews that are solely concerned with complaints about what is stated in the description.
Reviews in which the traveller expresses dissatisfaction with the conditions of the tour, if these conditions were specified in the description in advance. We endeavour to carefully monitor the relevance of descriptions and to update the information on the site in a timely manner.
Reviews about another excursion
We reserve the right to remove a review or part of it, if it contains the opinion of a traveller about another excursion, unless it has been replaced by another excursion by the organiser.
Reviews for multiple duplicate bookings from the same traveller
In the event that a traveller places a second booking for the same excursion to accompany other participants, they will only be permitted to leave one review after the excursion.In the event that multiple reviews are left, they will be merged into one to ensure the traveller's feedback remains on the site in its entirety.
Reviews from travellers who were not on the tour
Only travellers who have been on the tour can leave a review of the tour.If the customer was not present at the excursion, other participants can leave reviews.To do this, they need to register on Daisy.Travel.
In the interest of respecting the integrity of the Daisy Travel user experience, we kindly request that certain types of language be avoided during reviews.
Departure for excursions is from the main street in front of your hotel. Usually, if your hotel has a large area, this will be the security point. If the hotel is small, it will be at the hotel exit on the main street.
If you are not staying in a hotel, but in a villa or flat, you can only provide an address when making your booking. Our operator, having checked the order, will send you the place where you need to wait for the bus.
Almost all organisers accept cash only. Please take care of this in advance.
We don't organise trips ourselves, but we do give agencies, guides and tour organisers a place to post information about what they can offer.
If you're not happy with the tour, we'll give you the organiser's details so you can talk to them about any problems.You can also leave a review on our site after visiting an excursion.
