Marmaris Davy Jones Pirate Boat
Davy Jones Pirate Boat — Where the Legend Meets the Sea
The name alone sets a certain tone. Davy Jones has one of the most recognisable identities among Marmaris pirate boats — and the experience lives up to it. From the pirate-themed décor to the crew in character, there's a commitment to atmosphere here that goes beyond just painting a boat black and calling it a day.
Calendar & Price
The cruise follows the Marmaris coastline with stops at bays and coves that change pace nicely throughout the day — a swim here, a quiet stretch of water there, lunch somewhere in the middle with the sea on all sides. The entertainment runs through the whole trip without ever becoming exhausting, which is a harder balance to strike than it sounds.
Davy Jones works well for groups who want more than a standard boat trip but don't necessarily need the full foam-party experience. The atmosphere is lively without being overwhelming, and the pirate theme gives it a character that stays with you after the day is done.

Tour Plan
- Transfer from Hotel
Our agency uses comfortable, air-conditioned minibuses and minivans to transfer guests from hotels to the port of Marmaris. At the time indicated on your voucher, one of our friendly drivers will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the ship.
- Start of the Marmaris Boat Trip
Your journey begins right in the heart of Marmaris, where you'll soak up a breathtaking view of the fortress, the marina, and the city centre. This is your chance to capture Marmaris in all its glory with some truly stunning photos!
- Paradise Island
Your first stop is the fantastic Paradise Island, right opposite the Marmaris seafront. Get ready to swim in the sparkling, crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea! Then jump off the boat and take some amazing photos!
- Phosphorus Cave
Next on our adventure is the incredible Phosphorus Cave! It's unique because, even in the dark, the phosphorus illuminates the cave with a magical greenish-blue glow, giving the water a stunning hue.
- Lunch at Aquarium Bay
We're going to have lunch at one of the most beautiful coves you could imagine! It's called Aquarium Bay, and it's got transparent water because of the amazing depth of 20 metres. You can see the sea bottom and watch fish swimming! We'll have lunch first, and then you'll have another 30 minutes for swimming.
- Kumlubuk Beach
After lunch, we'll be setting off again! Our next stop is the stunning Kumlyubuk beach, where you can enjoy swimming in warm waters and sunbathing on a pebble beach. It's a great spot for relaxation, and it's also known as Dutch Beach!
- Turunc Village
Next up is the shopping stop! The village of Turunc is famous for its incredible market, open on Mondays, and hundreds of amazing souvenir shops on other days. You can take a leisurely stroll along the picturesque streets of the resort or relax on the beach.
- Green Sea
We'll be ending our swimming adventure at the stunning Green Sea Bay, named for its gorgeous emerald hue. Then, our ship will head to the port of Marmaris. After dancing and fun, you'll be back at the starting point of the tour. We'll have mini-buses waiting to take you back to your hotels in Marmaris and Icmeler in just 15 minutes!

5Last day of the holiday and we made it count. The Davy Jones was the perfect send-off — proper pirate atmosphere, four stunning bays, a crew who clearly take pride in what they do. The coastline around Marmaris from the water is something else entirely. You don’t appreciate how beautiful it is until you see it from the sea. Wish we’d done this on day one.

4Very enjoyable day. The Davy Jones lives up to the name — there’s a real sense of adventure about it. Beautiful bays, friendly crew, good food. The entertainment was fun and the kids in our group were particularly taken with the pirate activities. Slight knock on the star rating because we waited quite a while for the transfer home, but once we were on the bus it was fine. Would still recommend without hesitation.

5We went with another couple and all four of us agreed it was the best thing we did in Marmaris. The Davy Jones has a really special atmosphere — the crew genuinely seem to love what they do and it shows. The bays are extraordinary, the food was much better than we expected, and the foam party at the end caught us completely off guard. Absolutely loved it.

5What a day. The Davy Jones takes you to bays that genuinely look like they belong in a film — dramatic cliffs, pine trees, water so clear you can see the bottom from the boat. The crew are fantastic, the pirate atmosphere is great fun, and the entertainment kept everyone engaged without being exhausting. My favourite day of the entire holiday by some distance.

4Solid, well-organised trip. The Davy Jones has a great reputation in Marmaris and it earns it. The route along the coast is stunning, the crew are on top of everything, and the day flows really well. The stop at Turunç village is a nice break from the boat — gives you a chance to walk around and grab something from the market. Good food on board too. Easy recommendation.

5Came to Marmaris with a group of friends for a birthday celebration and chose the Davy Jones — perfect choice. The crew got involved with the birthday celebration which was a lovely touch. Four beautiful swimming stops, great lunch, and a foam party in the afternoon that had absolutely everyone on their feet. An incredible day from start to finish.

5Our third holiday in Marmaris and we finally got round to trying the Davy Jones — no idea why we waited so long. The whole day was just brilliant. Picked up on time, great crew, beautiful bays, good food, cold drinks. The pirate theme is done really well — enough to make it feel special without being over the top. We’ll definitely be back on this boat next time.

3The boat itself is great and the bays are genuinely beautiful — the second swimming stop in particular had the most incredible turquoise water. I’m giving three stars purely because of the music volume, which was relentlessly loud from start to finish. I get that it’s a party atmosphere and that suits a lot of people, but if you’re hoping for a more relaxed experience just be aware of what you’re signing up for. The crew were lovely though.

5The Davy Jones is exactly what you want from a pirate boat trip. It’s fun, it’s beautiful, and it’s well run. The crew bring real energy to the day without overdoing it — there’s entertainment when you want it and space to relax when you don’t. The coastline around Marmaris is spectacular and the bays they take you to are the kind of places you’d never find on your own. Brilliant day out.

4Really good fun. Took the kids aged 9 and 13 — both of them loved it, especially the treasure hunt activities which the crew ran mid-afternoon. The bays were gorgeous, the water was crystal clear, and we had more than enough time to swim at each stop. Lunch was decent. My only minor note is that the boat was fairly full in peak season, but the crew handled it well. Would recommend.

5We did two boat trips during our stay and the Davy Jones was by far the better one. The atmosphere on board is unlike anything else — the crew are enthusiastic without being annoying, the route takes you to some genuinely beautiful hidden bays, and the pirate theme gives the whole day a character that a standard boat trip just doesn’t have. Excellent food too. Highly recommended.

5The Davy Jones lived up to its name in the best possible way. There’s something genuinely theatrical about being on a boat that commits this hard to the pirate theme — the crew are in character, the decorations are brilliant, and the whole day feels like a proper adventure rather than just a standard boat trip. The bays were stunning and the swimming was fantastic. One of the highlights of our Marmaris holiday.
