Marmaris Mama Mia Pirate Boat
Mamma Mia Pirate Ship — Marmaris' Most Loved Party Boat
If you've asked anyone in Marmaris which pirate boat to choose, the answer is usually the same: Mamma Mia. It's been running for years, it sells out fast, and the reputation is well earned.
Calendar & Price
The Mamma Mia is a full-day cruise that departs from Marmaris harbour every morning and visits four to five bays along the coastline — including a stop at Turunç village, where you can wander the market or grab a coffee on the seafront. Swimming breaks are generous, the crew keeps the energy high, and lunch is served on board.
What sets Mamma Mia apart is the atmosphere. There's live music, a foam party, dancing on deck, and pirate-themed activities that work surprisingly well for both kids and adults. Children get face painting and a dedicated soft play area. Adults get unlimited drinks and a lot of dancing. By the time you're heading back to Marmaris in the afternoon, it's hard to find anyone on board who isn't smiling.
Good to know: This is the loudest, most energetic boat in Marmaris. If you want a quiet day on the water, this is not your boat. If you want a party — it's exactly your boat.

Tour Plan
- Transfer from Hotel
Our agency uses comfortable, air-conditioned minibuses and minivans to transfer guests from hotels to the port of Marmaris. At the time indicated on your voucher, one of our friendly drivers will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the ship.
- Start of the Marmaris Boat Trip
Your journey begins right in the heart of Marmaris, where you'll soak up a breathtaking view of the fortress, the marina, and the city centre. This is your chance to capture Marmaris in all its glory with some truly stunning photos!
- Paradise Island
Your first stop is the fantastic Paradise Island, right opposite the Marmaris seafront. Get ready to swim in the sparkling, crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea! Then jump off the boat and take some amazing photos!
- Phosphorus Cave
Next on our adventure is the incredible Phosphorus Cave! It's unique because, even in the dark, the phosphorus illuminates the cave with a magical greenish-blue glow, giving the water a stunning hue.
- Lunch at Aquarium Bay
We're going to have lunch at one of the most beautiful coves you could imagine! It's called Aquarium Bay, and it's got transparent water because of the amazing depth of 20 metres. You can see the sea bottom and watch fish swimming! We'll have lunch first, and then you'll have another 30 minutes for swimming.
- Kumlubuk Beach
After lunch, we'll be setting off again! Our next stop is the stunning Kumlyubuk beach, where you can enjoy swimming in warm waters and sunbathing on a pebble beach. It's a great spot for relaxation, and it's also known as Dutch Beach!
- Turunc Village
Next up is the shopping stop! The village of Turunc is famous for its incredible market, open on Mondays, and hundreds of amazing souvenir shops on other days. You can take a leisurely stroll along the picturesque streets of the resort or relax on the beach.
- Green Sea
We'll be ending our swimming adventure at the stunning Green Sea Bay, named for its gorgeous emerald hue. Then, our ship will head to the port of Marmaris. After dancing and fun, you'll be back at the starting point of the tour. We'll have mini-buses waiting to take you back to your hotels in Marmaris and Icmeler in just 15 minutes!

5Booked this for my birthday and it was perfect. The crew got wind of it somehow and made a bit of a fuss which was very sweet. Four swimming stops, a gorgeous lunch on the water, and a foam party to finish. The bays they take you to are the kind of places you see on postcards — felt almost unreal. Couldn’t have asked for a better birthday. Thank you.

5Did this on our last day and kicked ourselves for not doing it sooner. The route they take is spectacular — pine-covered hills dropping straight into the sea, hidden bays you’d never reach by land. Crew was great, friendly and professional at the same time. The foam party at the end caught us completely off guard in the best way. Brilliant send-off to the holiday.

3The scenery along this coastline is absolutely stunning and the swimming bays were beautiful. I’d give the location five stars. Took off two stars because the boat was pretty crowded and it was hard to find a spot to relax during the quieter parts of the day. The entertainment crew were enthusiastic, maybe a little too enthusiastic. Still a good experience overall, just go in with realistic expectations.

4Good fun, well organised, beautiful scenery. The Turunç stop was a nice touch — gave us a chance to stretch our legs and explore a bit. Lunch was chicken and salad which is exactly what you’d expect, nothing fancy but perfectly fine after a morning of swimming. We got lucky with the weather — flat calm sea the whole day. Easy recommendation.

5Came to Marmaris solo and was a bit nervous about joining a group trip alone, but within an hour I’d met loads of lovely people. The crew made sure no one was left on their own — really welcoming atmosphere. The swimming stops were my favourite part, especially the second bay which had this incredible turquoise water. Great day, would do it again.

5Brilliant trip. Picked up on time, great crew, stunning bays, decent food, unlimited drinks. What more do you want? The pirate theme is a bit of fun without being too cheesy. Stood on the top deck for most of the day watching the coastline go by — honestly breathtaking scenery. Highly recommend booking early as it fills up fast in August.

3The boat trip itself was fine and the bays were beautiful — no complaints there. But I found the onboard entertainment a bit much at times, very loud music for several hours straight. If you’re going with young children or just want a more relaxed day on the water, maybe manage your expectations. For a party crowd it would be perfect. Just wasn’t quite what I was expecting.

5Our third time in Marmaris and we do this trip every single year. The crew changes but the quality doesn’t. This year was as good as ever — great bays, lovely lunch, music at a sensible volume. The stop at Turunç village gave us time to wander and grab a coffee which we always enjoy. If you’re in Marmaris and you haven’t done this, you’re missing out.

4We booked this for our last full day and I’m glad we did. The boat had a great atmosphere from the moment we got on — good mix of people, friendly crew, nice route along the coast. A couple of the swimming spots were absolutely gorgeous, crystal clear water with pine trees right down to the sea. Only reason I’m not giving five stars is the return transfer was a bit disorganised, took a while to sort everyone out. But the day itself was great.

5Me and six mates came to Marmaris for a lads holiday and this was the highlight of the trip. The foam party is absolutely mental in the best possible way. We were soaked, sunburned, and had the time of our lives. Drinks were flowing all day. The bays they take you to are genuinely beautiful — you’d never find them on your own. Legendary day.

4Really fun day out. The pick-up was punctual which I appreciated, and the boat itself was well maintained. Swimming stops were generous — we had plenty of time to actually enjoy the water rather than just dip your feet and move on. The lunch was fine, nothing special, but nobody goes on a pirate boat for a Michelin star. Would book again.

5Took the whole family — kids aged 7 and 11, wife, mother-in-law. All four of them had an absolute blast. The younger one got to steer the boat at one point and hasn’t stopped talking about it since. Lunch was good, drinks were cold, and we hit four beautiful bays. The crew were brilliant with the kids. Worth every penny.

5Honestly one of the best days of our entire holiday. We’d been in Marmaris for a week and left the pirate boat for last — big mistake, should have done it on day one. The bays were stunning, the crew kept the energy going all day without being annoying about it, and the food was surprisingly decent. Came back sunburned and smiling. Already telling everyone we know.
