Marmaris Viking Pirate Boat Trip
Viking Pirate Boat — Full Day on the Water, No Frills, No Disappointments
The Viking doesn't shout as loudly as some of the other pirate boats in Marmaris, but it has a loyal following for good reason. It offers everything the day calls for — a comfortable boat, a well-paced route, proper swimming stops, a decent lunch, and a crew that actually seems to enjoy their job.
Calendar & Price
The route covers the same stretch of coastline that makes Marmaris boat trips worth doing in the first place: crystal bays, pine-covered hillsides dropping straight into the water, and the kind of quiet coves that don't appear on any map. The pirate theme runs through the day with games and entertainment that work particularly well for families with children.
What makes Viking stand out is the value. It consistently comes in as one of the most affordable full-day boat trips in Marmaris without cutting corners on what matters. The pick-up is punctual, the crew is attentive, and you return to your hotel in the afternoon having had a genuinely good day.
If your group includes people of different ages and different ideas of fun, Viking tends to keep everyone happy.

Tour Plan
- Transfer from Hotel
Our agency uses comfortable, air-conditioned minibuses and minivans to transfer guests from hotels to the port of Marmaris. At the time indicated on your voucher, one of our friendly drivers will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the ship.
- Start of the Marmaris Boat Trip
Your journey begins right in the heart of Marmaris, where you'll soak up a breathtaking view of the fortress, the marina, and the city centre. This is your chance to capture Marmaris in all its glory with some truly stunning photos!
- Paradise Island
Your first stop is the fantastic Paradise Island, right opposite the Marmaris seafront. Get ready to swim in the sparkling, crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea! Then jump off the boat and take some amazing photos!
- Phosphorus Cave
Next on our adventure is the incredible Phosphorus Cave! It's unique because, even in the dark, the phosphorus illuminates the cave with a magical greenish-blue glow, giving the water a stunning hue.
- Lunch at Aquarium Bay
We're going to have lunch at one of the most beautiful coves you could imagine! It's called Aquarium Bay, and it's got transparent water because of the amazing depth of 20 metres. You can see the sea bottom and watch fish swimming! We'll have lunch first, and then you'll have another 30 minutes for swimming.
- Kumlubuk Beach
After lunch, we'll be setting off again! Our next stop is the stunning Kumlyubuk beach, where you can enjoy swimming in warm waters and sunbathing on a pebble beach. It's a great spot for relaxation, and it's also known as Dutch Beach!
- Turunc Village
Next up is the shopping stop! The village of Turunc is famous for its incredible market, open on Mondays, and hundreds of amazing souvenir shops on other days. You can take a leisurely stroll along the picturesque streets of the resort or relax on the beach.
- Green Sea
We'll be ending our swimming adventure at the stunning Green Sea Bay, named for its gorgeous emerald hue. Then, our ship will head to the port of Marmaris. After dancing and fun, you'll be back at the starting point of the tour. We'll have mini-buses waiting to take you back to your hotels in Marmaris and Icmeler in just 15 minutes!

5Exactly what a boat trip should be. Beautiful scenery, good food, cold drinks, and a crew who actually seemed to enjoy being there. The Viking has a great atmosphere — lively enough to be fun, relaxed enough to enjoy the views. The Turunç stop was a nice touch, gave us a chance to wander around a proper Turkish village. Couldn’t ask for more.

5Did this on our second to last day and immediately wished we’d done it earlier in the holiday. The Viking is a fantastic way to see the Marmaris coastline — there’s simply no other way to reach some of those bays. Crew were wonderful, lunch was good, and the swim stops were long enough to properly enjoy the water. Top marks.

4Good trip, well organised. The bays are the real highlight — some of them are genuinely jaw-dropping, especially the second stop where the water was this incredible shade of turquoise. Crew were friendly and helpful throughout. The onboard entertainment was fun if a little repetitive by the afternoon. Small thing. Overall a very enjoyable day on the water.

5Booked this for me and my sister as a treat during our holiday. The Viking did not disappoint. Four swimming stops in the most beautiful clear water, a tasty lunch, lovely crew. The pirate games and music made it feel like a real event rather than just a boat ride. We were back at the hotel by late afternoon, tired and completely happy. Wonderful day.

5We’ve done boat trips in Greece, Croatia, and now Turkey — and the Viking is right up there with the best of them. The route along the Marmaris coastline is stunning, the stops were well chosen, and the crew managed the day perfectly. Lunch was better than we expected. Drinks were cold. What more do you need? Excellent trip.

3The scenery on this trip is genuinely beautiful and the swimming bays were lovely. The crew were friendly enough. My only issue was that the boat was quite full and finding a quiet spot to sit was a challenge. If you’re looking for something relaxed and peaceful this might not be it — but if you’re after a lively day with music and entertainment, you’ll have a great time.

5Came with a group of eight for a stag do and the Viking delivered. Full day on the sea, great bays, unlimited drinks, and a crew that knew how to keep a party going. The foam party at the end was a highlight. Not a single person in our group had a bad word to say about it. Best activity of the whole trip by a mile.

4Really enjoyed the day. The bays they take you to are genuinely beautiful — not your typical crowded tourist beaches. We had plenty of time in the water at each stop. The entertainment was good fun, though it did get quite loud at points. Minor gripe: the return transfer took a little longer than expected. But overall a very good experience.

5This was our first time doing a boat trip in Marmaris and the Viking set the bar high. The coastline from the water is just breathtaking — pine forests, turquoise bays, mountains in the background. We stopped at Turunç village which was a lovely bonus. Crew were attentive and clearly enjoyed their work. An easy five stars.

4Solid day out. The pick-up was on time, the route was beautiful, and we had plenty of stops for swimming. The lunch was standard boat trip fare — chicken, pasta, salad — which is fine. The entertainment was fun without being too overwhelming. I’d say it’s a great choice if you want a good mix of relaxing and lively. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

5We chose the Viking after reading that it was one of the more affordable options in Marmaris — and honestly it didn’t feel like a budget choice at all. The boat was clean and well kept, the bays were stunning, and the crew were great with our kids. The pirate theme kept the children entertained the whole day. Really good value for money.

5The Viking was exactly what we were after — a proper full day on the water without the chaos of the bigger boats. Picked up from our hotel right on time, sailed to four gorgeous bays, ate a decent lunch on deck, and spent most of the afternoon in the sea. The crew were relaxed and friendly, not pushy at all. Came back tired and happy. Brilliant day.
